My chiropractic services combine hands-on treatment with lifestyle coaching to support better long-term results. Alongside chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue work, I may also offer guidance on posture, movement, exercise, recovery, stress management, sleep, and daily habits that can affect how your body functions.

Why this works

Chiropractic care can help improve movement and reduce mechanical stress, but lasting change often depends on what happens outside the treatment room as well. Lifestyle coaching helps bridge that gap by giving you practical support that fits your goals, routine, and current health.

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching

Holistic Lifestyle Coaching supports your wellbeing by looking beyond symptoms and addressing the broader factors that affect your health. This may include stress, sleep, nutrition, habits, energy levels, and daily routines.

The aim is to help you create better balance, improve resilience, and make lasting changes that support your overall health. Your programme is tailored to your individual goals and starts from your current lifestyle, not from an idealised version of it.

How it works

Your coaching programme starts from where you are now and is tailored to where you want to be. The process is supportive, practical, and focused on realistic progress rather than quick fixes.

Together, we look at the areas of life that may be affecting your health, then build a plan that feels achievable and relevant to your goals. The emphasis is on steady, positive change that supports both your body and your lifestyle.

  • Understand the relationship between the six Foundation Health Principles and body-mind stress, and how to apply them to support balance and wellbeing.

  • Learn how Zone Exercises can be used as a form of “working in,” helping to build energy, support recovery, and prepare the body for more demanding activity.

  • Identify common barriers to effective diet and lifestyle change, and learn practical ways to address them.

  • Understand the key principles of individualised eating.

  • Discover when and how to use a “less is more” approach to exercise prescription.

Key Elements

Dr Diet

Your Diet forms the cornerstone of every cell in your body. You literally ARE what you eat. Our health & vitality is constantly under attack from the majority of the foods that we eat on a day to day basis – sugar, refined flour, processed foods, alcohol, caffeine to name but a few. 

Dr Movement

Movement is life, it is vital that you move your body each and every day but also that you do something that you enjoy. Remember that your body is between 60 &75% water and water that doesn’t flow stagnates & smells. Note that it is Dr Movement not Dr Exercise.

Dr Quiet

Rest, relaxation & rejuvenation are essential. That is not just resting the body, but the mind too. An overworked mind can totally destroy any progress that the body is trying to make. 

Dr Happiness

The Boss! It doesn't matter what any of the others are trying to do if Dr Happiness isn’t at the party the body is going nowhere fast. Open your eyes to things that really matter to you.

Each level looks in increasing detail at the underlying causes of disease and stress, using a coaching model, you will learn how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise. You will understand why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence. Just because someone is not sick, does not mean he is well, most chronic diseases take years to develop, but a healthy lifestyle can go a long way toward prevention.

When Will I Start to See Results?

 

Being truly healthy means taking responsibility for oneself—and coaching can therefore deliver only as much as you are willing to give. My goal is to effectively support your positive behavioural conditioning with strategic expertise and solutions. Within 4–8 weeks, you should develop a deeper understanding of how your body responds to various foods, exercises, and behavioural changes, we will together work to identify the various behaviours that either drain or fill your energy tank—and act accordingly.
